Gosfield Hall Wedding
As weddings go a Gosfield Hall Wedding has got to be high on the list of any prospective bride and groom. So it was for Jodie and Jonathan who were looking for a fairy-tale wedding venue. Gosfield Hall is one of my favourite Wedding Venues in Essex. It is an extremely grand, stylish, and spacious mansion set in some marvellous Essex countryside, with well-manicured gardens and beautiful vistas. The staff at Gosfield Hall are also very experienced, professional and helpful.
Jodie and Jonathan were married in the stunning Queen’s Gallery, with its 120-foot aisle this has got to be one of the grandest places in the country to get married. After the ceremony everyone gathered in the garden where a flock of white doves were released by Jodie and Jonathan to celebrate their wedding day.
There are lots of nice backdrops for wedding photos at Gosfield Hall, so much so that wedding photographers are simply spoilt for choice. We spent an hour or so going through all the formal photographs followed by some with the couple alone in and around the grounds of Gosfield Hall.
Before long it was time for the wedding breakfast and speeches held in the equally grand ballroom. Jodie and Jonathan were kind enough to provide a meal for me and I can vouch for the fact that the food is excellent!
The evening festivities started with a mock roulette table with each guest being given some token chips to play and have fun. Then it was onto the first dance and disco for the evening, always a fun time.
This was a fantastic wedding that I thoroughly enjoyed photographing. Below are just a few of my favourite images from this lovely wedding day.
