It’s not often I get to photograph a wedding in my hometown but last Saturday was the exception to the rule. Carolyne and Cormac are a lovely couple and were married in The Most Holy Redeemer Church, Billericay which was a fantastic place for this grand wedding. My daughter Candice assisted me on the day and between us we managed to take almost a thousand photos of this beautiful wedding. The reception was held in a Marquee set in the garden of Cormac’s parents home, which backs onto Norsey Woods, a beauty spot in Billericay.
Both Carolyne and Cormac have large families from both sides of the English channel and Irish Sea. The French Connection is on Carolyne’s mum’s side and the Irish part is from Cormac’s parents, but it made for a fantastic occasion with both families enjoying a truly unique day!
It has been really difficult to whittle my selection down as there were so many lovely photos from this wedding, Carolyne and Cormac had some great ideas for photos and it’s always a pleasure when a couple really appreciate the Wedding Photographer and his craft. So here is my selection of some of the best photos from the wedding, please feel free to comment below:
